- Who can put up a stall?

For any enquiry email at chalshiksha.effi@gmail.com or call Sourav 79775 89552 - Through the commercial stalls the participants can sell products and services to the other participants and visitors coming to the event.
Non-commercial stalls are to promote ideas, philosophies, practices, free workshops, demonstrations. Non-Commercial stalls are not allowed to do any kind of commercial transactions. - To put up commercial stalls of organisations, programmes, schools from outside India, the participants wanting to do so must connect with the Chalshiksha team first (email chalshiksha.info@gmail.com) and then register.
- The three different sizes of the stalls will all have approximately equal depth. Only the width will vary accordingly.
- The tables, along with white tablecloths will be provided.
- Each stall can put up to banners or screens within their stall area.
- Basic electricity will be provided. In case of more connections, kindly connect with the Chalshiksha team after registration.
- Each stall will receive one food coupon for lunch, tea and dinner.
- Accommodation will not be provided but in case the stall participant/s want to stay within the event premises then s/he/they have to purchase the event ticket for all 3 days, which will include their food and stay expenses for INR 6000 per person or do the Day Registration.
- Stall owners will be responsible for the items (tables/chairs/tablecloths etc) given to them for and during the days of the Festival. They need to be returned before leaving, on the last day to the Chalshiksha team
- Operational timing of stalls are between 2 PM to 9 PM. The stall can be occupied and arranged on Thu 22nd afternoon onwards.
Make sure food items are not left out overnight. - The allotment of stalls and accommodation (if required) are limited and will be given on the basis of first-come, first-served.
- What about cancellation & refund?

If you cancel your participation before August 31st, 2022 – You will get a refund of 90%
If you cancel your participation before September 11th, 2022 – You will get a refund of 50%
If you cancel your participation before September 20th, 2022 – You will get a refund of 10%
Timings that will be considered for closing will be midnight IST.
All refunds will be processed post event (i.e after September 25th, 2022)
14. All stall owners who will register for all 3 days’ participation will receive a participation certificate on the final day of the festival.
15. The Chalshiksha event will be covered by public & private media houses. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are allowing the organisers to video and photograph your presence, views (as interview) and opinions which to be used by the same media houses and Chalshiksha organisers for documentation and future PR use.
16. Penalty & Fines
Stall owners will be liable for any breakages, loss or damage caused to the premises of the venue. Breakages, loss or damage in shared rooms or common work areas are considered as the joint responsibility of the occupants of the same, and will be recovered as such, unless an individual accepts responsibility for such damage caused, even if an accident.
The event organiser may impose a penalty or fine for other forms of misconduct such as contravening health & safety regulations.
The culture of the Chalshiksha Festival is created with respect for each being.
